Course Eligibility
D. Pharmacy (1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate
a. The Candidate should be an Indian National; . pass in 10+2 examination (science academic stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.
OR
Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the above examination
Note: Other than Maharashtra State Candidates shall be eligible for Institution quota only.(2) NRI / OCI / PIOChildren of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National. –pass in 10+2 examination (science academic stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. OR Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the above examination.
B. Pharmacy (1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates.-
(i) The candidate should be a citizen of India;
(ii) The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects individually:or(iii)Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations; and
(iv)The candidate should have appeared in all the subjects and should obtain non zero score in MHT-CET 2024 conducted by the Competent Authority.(2) All India Candidature Candidates.-
(i) The candidate should be a citizen of India;
(ii) The candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects individually:or(iii)Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations; and
(iv) The candidate should obtain non zero positive score in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) or the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in MHT-CET 2024 and should obtain non zero score in MHT-CET 2024 conducted by the Competent Authority; Provided that, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non zero positive score in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) over the candidates who obtained non zero score in MHT-CET 2024.

B. Pharmacy (Direct to Second Year)

For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate and All India Candidature Candidate.-
(i) The candidate should be a citizen of India;
(ii) The candidate should have passed in D. Pharm. course from an Institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (8 of 1948); and
(iii) Any other eligibility criteria and requirement declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

M. Pharmacy

(1) For Maharashtra Candidature Candidates and All India Candidature Candidates.-
(i) The candidate should be a citizen of India;
(ii) The candidate should have passed Bachelor’s in Pharmacy Degree examination of an Indian university established by law in India from an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India and has scored not less than fifty five per cent. of the maximum marks (aggregate of 4 years of B.Pharm.) (at least 50%. marks in case of Reserved category, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to the Maharashtra State only);
(iii) Obtained non zero positive score in Graduates Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) conducted by National Testing Agency;
